You do not need to chase the “perfect night”. It does help to notice: when do you usually go to bed? Do you wake several times? Screens late? Caffeine, alcohol or stress in the way? Small repeated adjustments often help more than one-night miracle fixes.

From a preventive perspective, sleep sits in the plan alongside movement, nutrition and stress management. If fatigue is intense, new or paired with other symptoms, it is worth assessing in consultation: sometimes medical causes deserve study.
